About the Event
Students participate in a 10-week program where they learn Alabama Blues history, and are exposed to Blues instruments, including guitar, harmonica, percussion, and vocals. A free public concert is given at the culmination of the program. This program is funded in part by the Alabama State Council on the Arts and 21st Century Learning Centers via Tuscaloosa's One Place.
